To install Chandrayaan1 PDS viewer follow the below steps
You can login into the below url from here – https://www.issdc.gov.in/chandrayaan1.html
Step 1: Login into https://webapps.issdc.gov.in/CHBrowse/index.jsp
Step 2: Click on the Downloads
Step 3: Click on the Software : PDS Viewer
Step 4: Once you click on it will start Downloading the Software PDS Viewer
Step 5: Once you ahve downloaded, run it in WinXP or Win7 mode as it won’t work in Windows 10 mode (Right click on the installer, choose as Windows XP Compatibility view)
Step 6: Once you have installed, Click on the Jar file on the Program files where it is installed
